How to order
Account customers
Select the materials from our on-line shop by adding to them to the order form. Complete the order form confirming your delivery instructions and order number, and send it to us. We will confirm your order by return, and despatch the goods in accordance with your instructions. If we are out of stock we will advise you by email or telephone.
Non-account customers
Select your materials as above, and complete the order form showing your delivery instructions and how you would like to pay. Send it to us and we will either send you a pro-forma invoice or contact you for credit card details.
Telephone and fax orders
We are always pleased to take orders by telephone or fax. If you use the order form, you can print the form and fax it to us. If you need help in choosing what you need do not hesitate to call us and we will do our best to assist.
